Now, honestly I don’t personally have any experience with this kind of weight loss program, but my wife Tanya, a couple of years ago, followed a health regimen very similar to the Smoothie Diet, and was able to lose 5 kg (11-12 lbs) in less than a couple of weeks, and did not feel any kind of dizziness or reduced energy.
